Bar-B-Q Barn is owned by Mark Corbett and his father, Bill. However, family and friends
keep the mouthwatering aromas coming from this building. Walking into the
Bar-B-Q Barn takes you back to a time of simplicity and just good
home cooked food. The Corbett family believes that smoking the meat keeps it tender with loads of flavor.

Our
BBQ is not soaked in sauce - you'll see the pink and the "bark" to show that it has been slow cooked at low temperatures so the smoky
flavor permeates the meat. The “bark” is the dark coating of dry rub cooked on the surface of the meat. We offer pulled pork in sauce,
but we platter our pork pit without sauce, as it is important to be able to see and taste the meat. Sauce should complement the flavor of the barbecued
meat, not be the main attraction. We offer 2 choices of sauces: vinegar and sweet' n 'tangy. However, not much sauce is needed because the flavor of
our meat is so good.
With many sides to choose from, such as wonderful BBQ baked beans, sweet n sour slaw and American potato salad, you can expect to be full
when you leave.
Don't forget dessert, though. Our daily homemade pies will just hit the spot
- like our coconut pie pictured here. Sometimes you just need to eat dessert first so that you get
it in! The St. Louis-style ribs are very meaty and cooked to perfection. Grab some on the way home and feed your hungry family.
